Estate
Planning Consultation and Evaluation
At
Price & Farrington, PLLC, we believe that successful estate planning
results from a close and trusting working relationship between you and
your attorney.
We typically spend between one and two hours with you at your initial
consultation in order to learn about your particular planning needs, goals,
concerns, current planning (if any), the types of assets you own and how
you own them, and the overall size of your taxable estate. Only after
educating ourselves about you are we in a position
to educate you about the best options and strategies
for the implementation of your estate plan. With few exceptions, your
initial consultation with an attorney at Price & Farrington, PLLC
is complimentary.
Our Fees
At the
conclusion of our initial estate planning consultation, we will quote
you a flat fee. It is important to us - and to you - that you know what
the fee is and that you are comfortable with it. Please click on the link
to read the "Our
Philosophy Regarding Fees For Our Services" page on
our website for more information.
Personalized Service
Big is not always best. Small, focused and personalized is usually better.
As a "boutique" law practice, we offer our clients personal,
individualized attention. This means that our attorneys and support staff
are more responsive to your individual circumstances, goals and questions.
Our attorneys spend considerable time with our clients - the kind of time
and attention we would want a professional advisor to spend with us.
You aren't a number.
You won't be rushed in and out. You will receive attention and care.
Small
is good.
